Decorated/Embroidered Items – Non‑Returnable
All items that are decorated, embroidered, or otherwise customized are final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged, including situations where an incorrect size is ordered.
Please verify all sizing, customization details, and product selections before completing your purchase.
Incorrect Size or Ordered in Error
Items ordered in the wrong size or selected in error are not eligible for return or exchange. Sizing charts are available on most items to view before purchase.
If you receive an item that has a manufacturer defect or damage upon delivery, please submit a ServiceNow (SNOW) ticket to Procurement through Compass. Our team will review the issue and assist you with next steps!
If an item is ordered in the incorrect size or is no longer needed, employees may coordinate a direct exchange with another staff member who can use the item.
